Creation of X-Y style charts in excel.
Obtaining a regression line from the chart and obtaining useful information from it.

SCI 130 Biology and Human Health : The digestive system
A general tip:
In the upper right hand corner of the display is a FULLSCREEN button, and once full screen, the lower right hand corner has an option to mask the 'preview text'.
I would recommend having the preview OFF for the mini-lecture.
